I would have liked to see more experimentation from you when it comes to filters and blend modes. You really didn't try any.
With that being said your asymmetric composition of the O's is thought out and the layering adds some depth. I would get rid of the tiny row of O's in the top left. They don't really fit with the rest of the design. Good job overall.
